I tested this on two clean installations of FreeBSD 6.2 and 7.0rc using Vmware and it compiles without a hitch. I'm surprised that it was the PCRE libraries that failed. It is usually Globus or Kerberos that causes problems. When you execute 'make', could you email me the output of the following file: /usr/ports/sysutils/condor/work/condor_src-7.0.0/externals/build/log.pcre-5.0 I have also attached a clean tarball of the port, in case the patch is not applying cleanly. -- Andy Pavlo pavlo@cs.wisc.edu --Boundary-00=_PofmH1zaA81VV4w--
