Read the CHANGES.txt portion of the diff (first one).  Things like ACPI 
3.0 asl support, lots of bugfixes to various operators, etc.  The reason 
we haven't done an import since May is that a lot of experimental 
features went in over the summer and the Linux lists have shown things 
to be unstable.  IMO, it's just starting to stabilize again.
