Did something change in the way mono (mcs) builds other ports?
games/openra fails to run if built by mono-5.2.0.215 but would happily
run with mono-5.2.0.215 if built by mono-4.8.1.0. According to the error
below it seems Mono now targets Windows instead of Unix.
