Patch

Update ports-mgmt/porttree from 0.4.r65 to 0.5.r66. This adopts the API
changes made in math/py-networkx with a major version upgrade.

Also, add "USE_PYTHON=3Dflavors optsuffix" to silence warnings. This port i=
tself
from single package can work with any supported Python flavor, unlike
dependences. I have not found any recommendation for this kind of situation,
yet.
