Well, I figured out the config.y stuff. It was looking for header files 
in all the wrong places. I then fixed an _strn<whatever> error but the 
last one has me stumped. It build the kernel and does:

loading kernel
rearranging symbols
symorder: illegal option -- x
usage: symorder [-t] symlist file
*** Error code 2

Stop


Anyone help out on this one.
