I actually just received a reply from the FreeBSD Areca driver developer, it should be ready some time around Q1 2010. By the way, would anyone happen to know if you can use the DELL PERC/6i controller in JBOD ? I have checked the documentation and every setting you can think of but it seems you can only access drives as a virtual disk (and thus, RAID). --=20 Stephane LAPIE, EPITA SRS, Promo 2005 "Even when they have digital readouts, I can't understand them." --MegaTokyo --------------enig81F26DFF266BD073D6AF4C18 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAksh6kMACgkQ24Ql8u6TF2PRAACdH6zLhohG/UhiKxaBpCk+1eRD aVcAoN+kgNx8le/6+IOZ0GeC7Rhmsuog =jNyE -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------enig81F26DFF266BD073D6AF4C18--
