(Sorry, I run Linux mostly) If it's trying to execute a command that doesn't exist it can be misleading. If it says: vgrind: command not found It implies that the command executed, but had trouble finding a command it was trying to execute. When my shell cannot find a command, it says something like: zsh: Command not found: vgrind Hope that helps.
