I'd be happy to investigate and try to fix all BROKEN_ia64 cases, but not being able to install dependencies easily on our ia64 machines (or equally being able to setup tinderbox there) makes it hard. Making $localbase to point somewhere inside one's $home directory does not work that well in real world, unfortunately. :( ./danfe
