Synopsis: File system crash State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback State-Changed-By: dwmalone State-Changed-When: Sat Aug 31 14:39:37 PDT 2002 State-Changed-Why: Without more information this will be impossible to resolve. Can you describe the disk crash? Do you get any error messages? Can you send us the lines from dmesg which relate to your disk and ATA controler. There have been continual ATA improvements since 4.3, so if you can try a 4.6.2 release or a 4-STABLE snapshot you might even have better luck. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=42229 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
