Ok, with 8.3R everything seems to be stable, at least i could not
reproduce the NIC resetting itself in last 4 houers now :)

But i noticed that, i.e. dev.em.3.tx_dma_fail: 41316
is increasing rather quickly and my NFS write performance dropped
rather badly.

What does the tx_dma_fail mean?
