cd /usr/ports/www/apache13;make install clean
cd /usr/ports/www/mod_php4;make install clean

That's a pretty simple way of doing it.

cd /usr/ports
make search key=keyword
(or my actual favorite:)
make search key=keyword | grep -a1  /usr/ports

will also make it easy for you to find things in the ports. Try using
apache or php as your "keyword". You may have to tack on a
| more
on the end of those commands so they don't scroll by faster than you can
read 'em.
