>Environment:

FreeBSD-current; probably in version since the file
	was created.

>Description:

The traceroute directory in src/contrib contains a file named
FREEBSD-upgrade which describes how to integrate new versions
of traceroute into the tree. This file was apparently copied
from the tcpdump directory, as it mistakingly contains the
	following paragraph (emphasis added):

To make local changes to *TCPDUMP*, simply patch and
commit to the main branch (aka HEAD). Never make local
		changes on the LBL branch.

>How-To-Repeat:
>Fix:

	Replace `tcpdump' with `traceroute'.
