I know i can do everythiing with xf86cfg but i don`t understand why the first way has problems (may be i have problems :)))) ). Thank You!

Do you have a 'screen' section in your /etc/X11/XF86Config file?
If you do, does it have screen entries? IIRC, you'll need at least
one section with valid depth, modes, and virtual entries. (Note:
I'm not an expert, and don't play one on TV).
Here's the "screen" section from my XF86Config:
*****************************************
Section "Screen"
Identifier "Screen0"
Device "Card0"
Monitor "Monitor0"
DefaultDepth 16
SubSection "Display"
Depth 1
EndSubSection
SubSection "Display"
Depth 4
EndSubSection
SubSection "Display"
Depth 8
EndSubSection
SubSection "Display"
Depth 15
EndSubSection
SubSection "Display"
Depth 16
Modes "1024x768"
Virtual 1024 768
EndSubSection
SubSection "Display"
Depth 24
Modes "1024x768"
Virtual 1024 768
EndSubSection
EndSection
