according to http://www.lucent.com/products/solution/0,,CTID+2011-STID+10236-SOID+729-LOC L+1,00.html it looks like it works in linux already, as well as the win oses, so I suspect it wouldn't be too hard. For what one of these would cost, you should be able to get some time with a sales engineer as opposed to a salesperson there.
