I don't have it installed; however, if you look in
/usr/ports/devel/SpecTcl/pkg/PLIST, it has a bin/specTcl and a
bin/specJava. I imagine that you start it by typing "specTcl".

If this doesn't work, you will have to wait for someone that uses it.
