Whilst using X I am unable to start the pppd, on the other hand if I start pppd and then start X I am unable to access ppp and sometimes X hangs. My modem is on com2(cuaa1). The kernel entries for ppp are : pseudo-device ppp 2 psuedo-device tun 1 I'd appreciate if someone could help me on this. Thanking you in advance. Giri
