hmmmm.... "network:*:69:beaupran", I think it's already in!!!

I made my ppp to create a socket under /var/run/internet=. but ls -ld
/var/run/ gives me:
beaupran@outpost [2:53am] /etc> ls -dl /var/run/
drwxr-xr-x  4 root  bin  512 Jul 11 02:50 /var/run//

is that the problem? Maybe should I create the socket somewhere else? but
where?
