I have a Supermicro board (X11SSH-F) with pciconf -lvcb igb0 igb0@pci0:2:0:0: class=3D0x020000 card=3D0x153315d9 chip=3D0x1533808= 6 rev=3D0x03 hdr=3D0x00 vendor =3D 'Intel Corporation' device =3D 'I210 Gigabit Network Connection' class =3D network subclass =3D ethernet that terminates an iSCSI vol on ZFS across the internet via ipsec tunnel. Tracking RELENG_12 has not seen any performance differences for me. The rem= ote connection is limited to 500Mb, so it maxes out there. However, I am not us= ing lagg nor vlans on that interface.
