The easy way to figure that out is to `cd /usr/ports` and then `make
search key=tkman` and it gives you:
Port:   tkman-2.1b2
Path:   /usr/ports/misc/tkman
Info:   A Tcl/Tk based manual browser
Maint:  tg@freebsd.org
Index:  misc tk80
B-deps: XFree86-3.3.3.1 tcl-8.0.5 tk-8.0.5
