Just to name a few:

Path:   /usr/ports/devel/SpecTcl
Path:   /usr/ports/lang/guavac
Path:   /usr/ports/lang/javac_netscape
Path:   /usr/ports/lang/jdk
Path:   /usr/ports/lang/kaffe
Path:   /usr/ports/net/vnc

Additionally anything that is Pure Java (tm) should
work too provided it doesn't rely on features in a
version of Java greater than 1.1.6.

Of these ORBacus has pretty good support for Java.
