This is no big deal in many ways since I have a workable useful system that I wouldn't exchange for anything else. The letter was partly inspired by the difficulty as I saw it, of __anyone__ getting an answer to a problem that has been asked about for months. I realise the constraints, and that since I am unlikely to contribute anything apart from the odd buck from my employers CD purchases and evangelism, perhaps my expectations ar unrealistic, but I found this depressing and evocative of the attitude of companies like Microsoft - the customers are happy or if they are not, it's because they don't understand. Thank you, Yours sincerely. -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Stanley Hopcroft IP Australia Network Specialist +61 2 6283 3189 +61 2 6281 1353 (FAX) Stanley.Hopcroft@IPAustralia.Gov.AU ------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Picture the sun as the origin of two intersecting 6-dimensional hyperplanes from which we can deduce a certain transformational sequence which gives us the terminal velocity of a rubber duck ..."
