- graphics/gimp-app works fine here inside 13.2 amd64 jail
- mail/evolution works fine here inside 13.2 amd64 jail
- GNOME and MATE (which components?) may be due to libsoup2 vs. libsoup3
- devel/glibd has no consumers in ports/ yet, so can't test

Do you have more examples? This is the first such report I've seen after
more than 1 month the update landed.
