Hello I wondered if it's possible to compile freebsd 4.7 with gcc-3.2, as I read somewhere it generates better code than gcc 2.9.5 does. And if it's possible, would there be any drawbacks? and what could I gain by building my entire 4.7 with gcc32? Chris PS please include me in replies because I'm not on the list.
