This status is derived from "Original revision:" line in translated documents. I set up generic version of this page (*2). This page shows synchronization status of www/ tree and currently listed www/ja and www/ru (because es and zh have no "Original Revision:" line). # Sorry, doc/ tree is not yet set up. The rule is quite easy. Put "Original revision:" line on each translated documents with revision of English version which that document based on. If translated document updated, revision at "Original rivision:" line should be updated, too. I hope this helps translation projects to keep synchronization of documents easily.
