The machine should now 100% run from battery. If you still get the failures, it is most likely something in the machine. As it all seems to be caused by the seek errors, can you take the drives out and let them run being on a table or chair. I have heard once from a strange problem with vibration. Just try to isolate the drives mechanically from the machine but keep them electrically connected. Erich
