Would I be correct to say that buffered I/O is necessarily blocking. In other words I noticed that FNONBLOCK flags cannot? be looked at in a strategy routine. Either the block read returns something or it returns an error, or it times out and returns an error. There is no way to look @ fflags though from a strategy routine, correct?
