Just run `sendmail -q' when you go online, perhaps from /etc/ppp/ppp.linkup, or the counterpart if you're using kernel ppp. There isn't much point in having `-q30m' in the sendmail_flags though, since you only need to do a queue run when you go online. You'll need a different setup if you have other machines on a LAN to deliver mail to, since mail for those should be delivered immediately.
