P:2 is:
% grep IGMP /etc/protocols 
igmp    2       IGMP            # internet group management protocol

Port 2301 is not registed in /etc/services.
But, you'll be able to find some of services in WWW.

A one of pattern, this port is used by WWW based management
by Compaq.
