Howdy list, I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on a Prism II PCMCIA card that originally lived inside a Siemens Speedstream 2623 wireless access point. It works very well, from what I can tell (no access point to test with) under FreeBSD: wi1: <AWLAN WS8P/IEEE> at port 0x100-0x13f irq 9 function 0 config 1 on pccard0 wi1: 802.11 address: 00:01:24:f0:b4:61 wi1: using RF:PRISM2 MAC:HFA3841 CARD:HWB3163 rev.B wi1: Intersil Firmware: Primary (0.3.0), Station (0.8.3) wi1: 11b rates: 1Mbps 2Mbps 5.5Mbps 11Mbps However, in order to upgrade that ancient firmware with WinUpdate, I need a windows driver to run this card. Does anyone know where I can find a Prism II reference driver? Or an OEM driver that will work with this card? Thanks! -- Jesse Guardiani, Systems Administrator WingNET Internet Services, P.O.
