According to the Makefile:

BROKEN=		Installs file in \$${HOME}/.seyon

Ports are apparently not supposed to do that, so marking it
BROKEN is apparently appropriate.

Still, if you don't mind it installing files in a ~/.seyon dir,
then you can still build and use it by removing the line in the
Makefile that marks it BROKEN.
