Well, a couple of possibilities have been tossed around, perhaps
some kind of signal interference between the 13w3 and the monitor.
Without some additional equipment and a signal specialist, it's
only speculation. I tend to lean towards the fact that this is an
elder gateway 15" flat panel combined with the 13w3, just didn't
agree with the way our creator.c was coded. At any rate, with the
changes to rev. 1.10, there is no blink on either monitor in
any supported resolution. Marius identified a possible fix very
quickly and within a few hours of the original post, there was a
candidate diff in my inbox. Nicely done!

I just want to say a few words to the developers and the people
on this list - you are all fantastic and I certainly appreciate
your responses, helpful suggestions, and reminders (at 40, I do
need those from time to time :). There is so much more to an
operating system than simply shells and boot loaders; it's the
people behind the scenes who day after day work tirelessly to
turn out a great product and make it a pleasure to run; to all
of those whose efforts may seem to go unpraised, thank you.

Regards,
Pat
