One warning about Sony is that their warranty is 30 days on the battery and 90 days on the laptop unless you register online. They'll extend the laptop warranty to 1 year after registration, but the battery is listed as a consumable and keeps is measily 30 day limit. I'm a year and a half along this PC's lifecycle and the battery is just now losing runtime, but I'm reluctant to buy a replacement knowing that Sony will only guarantee the next battery for another 30 days. -- Bob Greene rgreene@TclMe.org Pull my finger for my public key To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
