I think you have an issue with pkg repositories, it looks like you might be
searching two repos. Maybe caching or a proxy server is bouncing you between
two pkg repos.

The current version of opensubdiv in the official ports tree is 3.4.3_4 and=
 has
the TBB option disabled. You also show installing osd 3.4.4 which has TBB
enabled.


When you first updated, it chose to update osd to 3.4.4 bringing in tbb and
removing onetbb and ports using it.

Next update it went back to osd 3.4.3 with TBB disabled allowing blender to
install.

Then it went back to osd 3.4.4 using tbb and removing the onetbb ports.
