I successful tried GRUB loader instead of standard FreeBSD bootloader. 
So I have USB flash drive with FreeBSD 6.2-RC1 "bootonly" installer on 
small (30MB) partition of my 512MB USB flash drive which can boot on Sun 
Fire X2100. But HP DL140 is still unbootable over USB drive.
