Anyway, booted up my home machine (which has a C-labs IDE CDROM hooked up to a SoundBlaster) and watched it completely fail to find any trace of the CD :( Looking around in the config editor, I couldn't find any devices listed that claimed to be the ATAPI driver. I expected (at worst) that it would look for and fail to find my drive, but it doesn't seem to even be looking! So, am I being _incredibly stupid_ or is there something dodgy about this atapi.flp? I downloaded the file from sunsite again today and tried it on a work machine (without an IDE CDROM) with the same results. BTW, my CDROM works fine under DOS/Windows and OS/2 so I don't think hardware is at fault.
