Unfortunately the problem is precisely that the file is not present! I have seen its name appearing in a grep through devel/linux_compat (don't remember the exact name) pkg_list. However I think that itmust be coming from some more common pkg like XFree86 since normal x apps like xdu, refer to it during make install.
