Hi there,

For some reason the isc-dhcp3 port has the 2 files:

/usr/local/etc/rc.d/dhcpd.sh
and
/usr/local/etc/dhcpd.conf

For some reason the dhcpd.sh file doesn't have the correct command line 
parameters to read the dhcpd.conf file.
