I didn't have=20 an /etc/periodic.conf file, so I created one, and added the lines suggested= =20 in the periodic man page. So, now I have: daily_output=3D/var/log/daily.log weekly_output=3D/var/log/weekly.log monthly_output=3D/var/log/monthly.log daily_show_success=3DNO daily_show_info=3DNO daily_show_badconfig=3DNO daily_clean_tmps_enable=3D"YES" Oliver
