Try a new motherboard.  I've seen more of those terrible Soyos die on
people than you'd believe.  Luckily, I've never bout one myself.  :)

(I don't ever remember seeing a PROPERLY working, Soyo, actually)

Got lots of broken and burned ones, though!  :)
