Don't know, sorry, but if you like X11 based tools, EXMH is great,
you might prefer it, I have a ports/mail/exmh port here,
For EXMH the reply-to is done like this:
    Mail/forwcomps
	To:
	cc:
	Subject:
	Reply-To: Julian H. Stacey <jhs@freebsd.org>
	Web: http://www.freebsd.org/~jhs/
	Mailer: EXMH [version 1.6.5 95 12 11]
    Mail/replcomps
	%(lit)%(formataddr %<{reply-to}%?{from}%?{sender}%?{return-path}%>)\
	%<(nonnull)%(void(width))%(putaddr To: )\n%>\
	%(lit)%(formataddr{to})%(formataddr{cc})%(formataddr(me))\
	%<(nonnull)%(void(width))%(putaddr cc: )\n%>\
	%<{fcc}Fcc: %{fcc}\n%>\
	%<{subject}Subject: Re: %{subject}\n%>\
	Reply-To: Julian H. Stacey \<jhs@freebsd.org\>\n\
	Web: http://www.freebsd.org/~jhs/\n\
	Mailer: EXMH version 1.6.5 95 12 11\n\
	%<{date}In-reply-to: Your message of "\
