i had the same problem. it seems that nautilus2-2.3.2 cannot build 
with eel2-2.3.3.¹) I tried a test build with nautilus 2.3.3 but that
version needs libgnomeui-2.3.3 (which is out since today). 

i suggest to checkout the previous version of eel2 in the meantime.

¹) eel2-2.3.3 didn't have the requested file eel-password-dialog.h:
