https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D229279 Bug ID: 229279 Summary: emulators/virtualbox-ose: VBox guest - mouse stops working Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: vbox@FreeBSD.org Reporter: andy@neu.net Assignee: vbox@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(vbox@FreeBSD.org) I've been using Vbox on FreeBSD since it's been available. I'm seeing 2 ma= jor problems now. 1. Over the last several months I have had instability causing the machine = to lock up and requiring a hardware/power reset. This occurs approx every 7-10 days (sometimes sooner). I made the following changes but it did not fix t= he problem, only increased the length of time between freezes. vfs.aio.max_buf_aio=3D8192 vfs.aio.max_aio_queue_per_proc=3D65536 vfs.aio.max_aio_per_proc=3D8192 vfs.aio.max_aio_queue=3D65536 2. Very recently (last several days) the mouse has stopped working in the g= uest several minutes after bootup. I recompiled/installed VBox and VBox-kmod, but it didn't have any effect. = This is on a 12-current machine, with all source and ports synched and updated.= =20 Guest is Opensuse Tumbleweed.
