Hi all, Thanks to all that sent a few things my way. I had managed to get ppp working to the point where it would place the call and connect using PAP( I love the ppp.log file). I was still having trouble getting routing working, but thats the next email. :-) So, last night, ppp is connecting and PAP seems to be working fine. After doing a manual # route delete default # route add default <ISP IP here> I could ping to my hearts content. (DNS awaits too) I get up this morning, ready to tackle routing and DNS and what happens: # ppp User Process PPP. Written by Toshiharu OHNO. OpenTunnel: Can't find ifindex. open_tun: No such file or directory # ppp The tail of the /var/log/ppp.log is filled with this: (I tried ppp a few times) Apr 10 08:24:06 yikes ppp[182]: tun0: Error: OpenTunnel: Can't find ifindex. Apr 10 08:24:14 yikes ppp[183]: tun0: Error: OpenTunnel: Can't find ifindex. Apr 10 08:25:15 yikes ppp[188]: tun0: Error: OpenTunnel: Can't find ifindex.
