It is a great pity that people do not read documentation before trying to
install. You cannot install FreeBSD on DOS drives c: or d: or whatever. You
can only install it in a non-allocated space on your hard drive.

I am afraid there is no way for you to restore your d: drive unless you have
a backup :-(
