Just a heads up in case you get any questions on this.

SDL RSICom N2 card does not support secondary frame relay interfaces.
It supports primary- and sub-interfaces only.

This will only be a problem for ISPs with older equipment.  Most new 
equipment lets you run sub-interfaces.
>How-To-Repeat:
Find an ISP with a primary and secondary frame interface.  The secondary 
is assigned to you, but the driver picks up the IP address for the 
primary interface instead of the seconday interface.  Oops.

Use a primary- or sub-interface instead.  (Or use a cisco router on your
end instead of the SDL RSICom card.)
