In my haste, I forgot to put in a comment line that may make things
a little more easy to maintain for the future.
The line change I have suggested for:
+PORTVERSION= 007
Would be more clear if it had a comment:
+# only use version numbers "001" through "999" with no '.' for this port
+PORTVERSION= 007
