Resize the window by one row. Hit cursor up --- ee quits with a segmentation fault. >Fix: From a quick look with gdb, it seems that ncurses only set `LINES' and `COLUMNS' on a resize, but not `lines' and `columns'. I tried to fix this problem, but then there was a segfault in another line. So I leave it to you curses experts.
