I can't login by ssh anymore, but serial tty works.
How can I debug where the mbufs have gone?

Uptime 11 days. Running primarily java+mongodb for unifi5. It is pretty  
low-cpu stuff.

Swap: 2048M Total, 350M Used, 1698M Free, 17% Inuse

RPI3B+ running on SSD via USB.

Any advice?
