If you look at the thread you'll see that I tried to offer some constructive advice on how to convert between OpenSSH<->SECSH pub key formats. That might, or might not have been helpful to the original poster. You sound as an adult reprimanding a kid who's smirking at people. I'm using UNIX for over 12 years, and that is a "natural habitat" for me. _I_ would probably be in a lot of grief trying to switch to Win. That definitely does _not_ necessarily hold for other people.
