I just need a basic machine, nothing very powerful nor loaded with gigs of RAM and storage space. I was looking at Compaq's DS10 21264 machine and it looked like a pretty basic machine (although the price tag is a bit high). But to my question... will the latest -RELEASE or -CURRENT run on the DS10? Would anyone have any suggestions on a cheap but somewhat newer Alpha machine?
